Unnao case: Know-How and When victim will Get Justice

New Delhi: The Unnao rape case has been severely tightened by the Supreme Court. Today, the case has been heard three times in the Supreme Court. A bench of Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi has ordered the completion of the trial within 45 days. With the SC's order, justice has once again been brought to justice in the Unnao case. It has been reported that all five cases related to the Unnao case have been transferred from Lucknow to Delhi.
The CBI will have to complete the investigation of the victim's accident in just seven days.
The victim's family will as well as lawyer will be given protection of the CRPF
The Uttar Pradesh government has ordered the victim to pay Rs 25 lakh by Friday.
- If the victim is not getting treatment in Lucknow, he can be shifted to AIIMS. The court has asked the family to take a decision on the shift of the victim.
- Trial related to this case is to be completed in 45 days.
The Chief Justice was asked if the victim's uncle was to be shifted from jail and report.
- If the victim has to make any complaint, she should go directly to the Supreme Court.

The Unnao case has been heard thrice in the Supreme Court on Thursday and the case has been heard by a bench of the Chief Justice, seeking medical report of the victim, status of transfer to Delhi, status report of the case from CBI, etc.
