Lucknow: Due to the death of MLA Janamejaya on the second day of the monsoon session of the Uttar Pradesh Legislature, the proceedings of the house were canceled on Saturday afternoon for 11 to 23 minutes. This decision has been taken in the all-party meeting held before the commencement of the session.

Let us tell you that BJP MLA Janmejaya Singh of Sadar seat of Deoria city of UP died late night of a heart attack in Lucknow on Thursday. He was 75 years old. Also, family members said that before his health deteriorated at night, he was taken to the civil hospital. After that, the situation deteriorated at ten o'clock at night, then Lohia Institute was referred. Seeing the doctors of medicine here referred the cardiology department. According to the same Lohia Institute spokesperson and MS Dr. Vikram Singh, he died while applying pace maker.

Also, earlier reports of his COVID-19 virus infection in the civil hospital had come negative. MLA Janmejaya Singh had earlier also been an MLA from BSP.
