An attempt is being made to prevent corona infection by lockdown in India. The same, now a new ray of hope has appeared in the treatment of corona. Blood plasma of a patient who has recovered from this disease has helped in the treatment of new patients. In China, it has been seen that in 72 hours after giving this plasma to serious patients of Corona, their symptoms started to end and the condition also improved. In the UK and America too, good results of treatment with the blood of cured corona patients have been revealed.
Antibodies are found in the plasma of patients recovering from the Carona virus, which is necessary for their immunity to eliminate the virus. This is known as convulsant plasma therapy. This therapy was first used a century ago at the time of the Spanish flu pandemic in 1918. This therapy is proving to be life-saving and no serious side effects have been seen in the experiment conducted on a small group.
For your information, let us tell you that Tiffany, a 39-year-old woman who has recovered from Corona, became the first American to give her blood plasma last week. She now considers herself a 'ray of hope' for new patients. Experts, however, say that further studies are needed on convulsant plasma, as no concrete evidence has yet been found of its effect.
