The Indian captain Virat Kohli for the first time spoke about a terrorist issue.The skipper offered his condolences to the families of the Martyr. He also said that such cowardly acts are “disturbing” and it “hurts“ every citizen of the country.

"When these big incidents happen regularly, it feels bad. When we feel bad about it, just think of the families of the soldiers. It's something very disturbing," Kohli gave his views on, when asked about the deadly attack on his nation.

He also added to his point about the helplessness of the others as he said,“HHI can react on this but can't comment on solution because I am not operating at that level. As an Indian it hurts. I can only pay my condolences to the families of the jawans, who suffered in these incidents,"

The Indian team defeated New Zealand in the 500th test for the Indian team. The team leads the series by 1-0 currently.
