Ghaziabad: A shocking incident has been reported in Ghaziabad city adjoining Delhi NCR. While Mussoorie police have registered a case of culpable homicide not amounting to murder against Flipkart company director Praveen Prasad, acting director Manoj S Money and area manager Anubhav Sharma on a court order in the case of online sale of sulfas. On the other hand, the brother of a Mussoorie-based cab driver who died after consuming sulfas in the case had moved the court. However, in a complaint filed on a court order, Mussoorie police have imposed sections of culpable homicide not amounting to murder and conspiracy.
In fact, in this incident, the cab driver's brother had accused Flipkart company officials of openly selling poison. According to police officials, a complaint has been registered on the order of the court. He said action will be taken on the basis of evidence that will come out in the investigation. Shahid, a resident of Mussoorie, had moved the court that his elder brother Abdul Wahid was a cab driver. He was facing a financial crunch due to a slowdown in work in lockdown. On September 10, 2021, he ordered from Flipkart and bought sulfas for Rs. 199.
On September 18, he received the delivery of sulfas. Then, on 24th September, Abdul Wahid ate sulfas. He was admitted to the hospital after the situation worsened. Where he died the next day on September 25 due to treatment. Abdul Wahid (24), a resident of Khancha Road in Mussoorie, used to drive a cab. Where his earnings in the corona curfew were very low, he was in a lot of trouble.
