Chandigarh: A woman from a colony in Hisar town of Haryana has accused Sunil of Dhansu village of drugging and raping her. Along with this, 30 thousand rupees and gold ornaments have been kept with them. HTM police have registered a case on the complaint of the woman and started an investigation.
In her complaint to the police, the victim said she worked in a factory from February to May. I've been at home since then. During this time, contact was made with contractor Sunil. In June, Sunil called my husband and he spoke to me. The same day he came to my house and raped me. After some time, he came home again and gave me a mobile phone and left. The accused said that if she did not talk to him, he would kill the children. On August 17, Sunil called me and demanded Rs 10,000 and Rs 20,000 on August 18. On 21, when I asked for Rs 30,000 again, I refused.
On August 24, he called me and called me to the gate. The accused then took her on a bike and took to a room in the field and drugged and raped her. In an inebriated state, the accused took out a gold chain, a pair of tops, earrings, a nose pin and silver anklets. The next day he left me in the city. Now a complaint has been lodged with the HTM police station in this regard.
