Ingredients for making high protein salads-
A bowl of kabuli chana

- 2  cucumbers (chopped cucumber)

- 1/2 sulfide onion

- 8-10 grinding tomatoes 

- 1 tbsp oil 

- 1/2 tbsp salt 

- 1/4 tbsp red chilli powder

- 1 cup boiled kabuli chana

-1/2 tbsp coriander leaves finely chopped

- 1/2 tbsp ginger 

- 2 green chillies (finely chopped) 

- 1/2 tbsp roasted cumin seeds

-  1/4 tbsp black salt

- 2 tbsp lemon juice

- Plain salt (to taste)

Method of making a protein salad- First of all boil the chickpeas. After this, when the chickpea gram boils well, leave it in a vessel for a while to cool down. Now cut tomatoes, cucumber, green coriander leaves and green chillies into small pieces on a chopper board. After this, put oil in a pan and heat it on the gas. Now when the oil becomes slightly hot, add boiled chickpeas, salt and red chilli powder and fry for 2-3 minutes. After this, after 2-3 minutes take it off the gas and keep it in a vessel. Now add chopped ginger, finely chopped coriander leaves, green chillies, roasted chickpeas to the chopped salad and mix it well. After this, when all the ingredients are mixed well, then add roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, black salt and lemon juice and mix it well again. Now when all the ingredients are mixed well, add plain salt, oil and paper on top and mix it again. After this, serve the protein salad in a vessel.
