Pilibhit: The incident of triple talaq has come to light from Pilibhit in UP. It is being said that the husband became so angry with the wife for serving cold vegetables in the food that he threw the wife out of the house by saying talaq, talaq, talaq. Now the victim has pleaded with the police for assistance. On the order of the SP, a case has been registered against many people of the in-laws' side, including the husband, under serious sections.  

In her complaint to the police, the girl, a resident of the Puranpur area, said she was married to a man from the Razaganj area on May 23, 2021, as per Muslim rituals. Due to giving less dowry in marriage, the in-laws did not take her with them. When her mother arranged for dowry, the in-laws came on August 8, 2021, and took her with them.   

The victim told the police that even after paying Rs 15 lakh in dowry, her in-laws were not happy with her. Due to this, she started being physically tortured by her husband. Other in-laws also used to assault her. Apart from this, she said that on the afternoon of April 12, 2022, when she came to give food to her husband, the husband started assaulting her and divorced her by saying cold vegetables. The victim's family tried to explain several times but they did not listen. Reconciliation was also tried for a long time. But there was no result. When the in-laws were not ready to accept anything, they pleaded with Superintendent of Police Dinesh P for help. On the order of the SP, a complaint was lodged against the woman's husband, mother-in-law, sister-in-law and Brother-in-law under serious sections like assault, dowry act, and triple talaq.
