Dehradun: A case of shame to humanity has come to light from Udham Singh Nagar of Uttarakhand. In Kichha of the district, the cousin brother raped and killed his three-year-old innocent sister. Police have registered a case against the accused. A three-year-old girl was playing in the courtyard of her house on Thursday afternoon in a village under Kotwali. His father is a driver of a private school bus and mother is also a laborer.

On Thursday, father and mother had gone out of the house for some work. The girl was playing with other children. During this, the girl's cousin came there on a bike and took the girl with him. When the parents returned, seeing the girl missing, they started looking for her. Then the children playing with him gave information about the bike rider. People started looking for the young man. But the accused youth remained unaware of the incident.

On suspicion, the father gave a complaint to the police against the accused and his parents. The police arrested the accused and his mother. On rigorous interrogation, the accused told that he had raped the girl and then killed her. After the murder, he informed his parents about the incident, then they asked the accused to abscond. Police have registered a case against the accused and his parents.
