However, the family members of the accused and the women of the house urged ASP Cantt Suraj Rai not to confiscate their house. If this happens, they will be homeless. ASP Suraj Rai told that a house has not been confiscated under the right to live for women. A week ago notice has also been issued to the family of the accused to vacate the property. The ASP said that Shakib alias Gaddu is a professional criminal. Ten cases are already registered against him. A case is also registered against him for firing on the police. The accused has been involved in many illegal activities ranging from cutting the seat of the car. The value of the confiscated property of Gaddu is said to be Rs 3 crore.
