Sitapur: A shocking has come to light from UP's Sitapur district, where a tantric woman running an ashram used to cheat people in the name of doubling money. The woman got exposed when she handed out fake notes to the Brahmins called for the ritual. In fact, the woman invited some Brahmins from Ayodhya for the ritual of Lakshmi Anusthan. It is alleged that after providing food to the priests, the Tantric woman Geeta Pathak gave them a fake in the name of Dakshina. The priests informed the police about this.

Police reached the spot and seized fake cash of about Rs 20 lakh from Geeta Pathak's ashram. The whole matter has come out from Rampur Mathura police station area. SSP NP Singh said that a ritual has been going on for the last 70 days in Terwa Manikapur village under Rampur Mathura police station area. In which 53 priests were called. The priests had been performing the rituals continuously for the past 13 days. For which Brahmins were given Dakshina. When he opened the bag full of money, the ground slipped under his feet.

Some genuine notes were kept in the bag above and inside the entertainment bank of India notes of lakhs of rupees were filled. When the Brahmins wanted to talk to the female thug in this regard, he scared the priests with an ax and escaped from the spot. SP NP Singh says that a case has been filed on the complaint of the priests who came from Ayodhya and the investigation of the woman is going on.
