London: losing a hat-trick hurt the South African team will aim for a first win when they take the field against West Indies in their fourth match on Monday. It is not all that easy for South Africa amidst the injuries of some key players and the worst performance of the batsmen.

As per the information received from sources, Captain Faf du Plessis-led side's way forward has become tougher after the first three matches lost to England, Bangladesh, and India. He will have to perform his best in all the remaining six matches if he has to make it to the semi-finals. It won't be easy for South Africa to overcome the challenge of the West Indies.

With this, the West Indies started off with a bang by beating Pakistan by a big margin. The Caribbean team, however, was defeated by a close margin from Australia in the second match. South Africa's fast-bowling spearhead Dale Steyn has been out of the tournament due to injuries. Another fast bowler, Lungi Ngidi, is also unfit and his play is questionable. In such a place of Steyn, the Beauron Hendriks taken into the team can make a place in the final to edge the bowling attack.
