In the match, the Afghanistan team lost the toss and batted first and scored 126 runs for 6 wickets. Ibrahim Zadran top-scored for the team with 35 runs. After this, Pakistan's situation worsened in response to 127 runs. The team lost 9 wickets for 118 runs.
