London: In the first ODI match played at the Oval, Team India registered a tremendous victory. After bowling out England for just 110, Team India won this match by 10 wickets. England lost their sweat in dismissing the opening pair of Rohit Sharma and Shikhar Dhawan, both of whom achieved this target in just the 19th over. With this, India is now leading 1-0 in the three-match series.

Let us know that Team India was playing an ODI match after a long time, but here the entire overs could not be bowled. Altogether only 44 overs were bowled in this match, i.e. not even as many overs as an innings could be. Because England's innings were reduced to 25.2 overs, while India achieved this target in 18.4 overs. England collapsed after scoring only 110 runs in front of Jasprit Bumrah's 6-wicket haul. This was England's lowest score in ODI against India. Chasing this target, the opening pair of Rohit Sharma and Shikhar Dhawan once again made their mark in ODIs.

For Team India, captain Rohit Sharma played a brilliant inning of 76 runs. Rohit scored these runs in just 58 balls, which included 7 fours and 5 sixes. While Shikhar Dhawan has scored an unbeaten 31 runs and he also hit the winning boundary. Let us know that the pair of captain Rohit Sharma and Shikhar Dhawan came together on the field after a long time. Both of them did not give any chance to the England bowlers at all and gave Team India a banging start in the chase of just 110 runs. Rohit-Shikhar also set a big record during this time and completed 5000 runs in ODIs as an opening partner. This was the 18th-century partnership between Rohit Sharma and Shikhar Dhawan in ODI cricket.

At the same time, with the ball, Jasprit Bumrah created havoc in this match, he took 6 wickets for just 19 runs. Which is his best performance in ODI cricket. Apart from Jasprit Bumrah, Mohammed Shami took 3 wickets and Prasidh Krishna took one wicket. How dangerous team India's bowling was can be gauged from the fact that the four England batsmen could not open their accounts.
