Jaipur: A bride ran away with cash and jewellery after her marriage at Nokha in Bikaner, Rajasthan. The bride has fled with gold and silver ornaments worth about Rs 4 lakh and cash worth Rs 1 lakh. The victim had also filed a case against Darshan Singh Arora, a resident of Bhatinda, and Sonu Karamjit Kaur, a resident of Muktsar Punjab. Nokha police have registered a case of cheating against the accused on the report of Kamal Chand Ved and initiate further action.

Late last night, his wife ran away from home without informing him. When his wife was not found after searching for relatives in the village, the husband spoke to the bride's Bhatinda resident relative, but from there also he has not received any satisfactory reply to hear. Exhausted, he has lodged a case against his wife at Nokha police station.

Before the marriage, the victim had given about Rs 2 lakh to the relatives of the woman: In this regard, the victim has informed that she was married to Kamaljeet Kaur, a resident of Bathinda, before marriage, she had given about Rs 2 lakh to the relatives of the woman. Who is said to be the brother of his wife. The victim has also said that his wife has gone to her in-laws' house with her gold and silver jewelery worth about 4 lakhs and cash of one lakh.
