New Delhi: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced Team India for the upcoming T20 World Cup. The highlight is that this time Mahendra Singh Dhoni will join Team India as a mentor. This has been announced by BCCI Secretary Jay Shah himself. Now, on social media, Jay Shah is being slammed for his announcement on Dhoni's joining the team.

In the video shared by BCCI, Jay Shah is sharing information about Dhoni joining the team as a mentor with the team. He is saying in English that we are very happy that Mahendra Singh Dhoni accepted our request and will mentor the team. However, the video shows Shah speaking one sentence each with utmost caution. It seems that he is reading the information in front of him.

This is what Jay shah started getting trolled on social media. Youth Congress President Srinivas B.V. slammed him and wrote, 'It seems that he finally forgot to read the full stop...' Congress spokesperson Dr. Ragini Naik also shared Shah's video and wrote, "These are the secretaries of the world's richest and strongest cricket board BCCI Jay Shah.''
